Summer Fashion Showcase & NESN Dirty Water TV Taping Headline This Summer Soiree by the Sea!
Newburyport, MA – On Thursday, June 9, 2011, from 7 to 10 p.m., Fabulous In Full Force North of Boston is set to transform Newburyport Harbor Marina into a summer soiree by the sea. Local residents are invited to come experience an event that showcases all that’s cosmopolitan in their community at this exciting event that kicks off the summer months in style. Kiss 108 & NECN TV Diner Host Billy Costa will be joined by NESN’S Dirty Water TV to spotlight the fabulous life and styles that can be found inthe communities North of Boston. The event will serve as the backdrop for a future episode of Dirty Water TV, which airs on NESN Saturday & Sunday nights at 11:30 p.m.
Many of Newburyport’s most exciting businesses are slated to be a part of the event, including: Ten Center, Michael's Waterfront, Interlocks Salon and Day Spa, A Shore Thing, Life Is Good, BC Essentials, Elizabeth Grady Amy McLaughlin Lifestyle Design and many, many more! Amy McLaughlin will style and moderate the fashion show with celebrity emcee Billy Costa. Amy McLaughlin is a lifestyle designer with thirteen years experience in the fields of fashion, event planning and interior ambiance. She advises private clients on the art of living well, and provides a broad range of design services, including Personal Styling, Event Production and Décor Design. Amy's design approach - gracious, relaxed elegance - reflects her definition of living well: offering a sense of warmth and generosity of spirit.
Attendees will sip complimentary summer cocktails by Chambord Vodka and sample gourmet bites from Newburyport's finest establishments. DJ EDevious from Rawk Star DJ will be spinning cool tunes. Attendees will have the chance to experience the latest beauty treatments from eyelash extensions and massage to skin revitalization to hair care. The event also features a Summer Fashion Showcase by Dynasty Models wearing the latest summer styles by Lily & Migs, Life is Good and Talbots.
